Oh boy. I haven't posted any art here in a while. I've gotten stupidly into photography. Mmm canon ae-1. Also writing. But writing terribly. Most of my art is boring shit for school/portfolio. Augh.

So what's up with you?

Or motivation. I'm all blah and just floating through the atmosphere. Trying to do more art but it's all so forced and blah. I've been thinking about the future to much maybe, pissing myself thinking of all the shit that needs to get done.

Oh well. I'll get it all done, maybe? Hopefully? Let's just hope I can force myself to be motivated.

Also what the fuck summer? It's 70 degrees outside and rainy. I want fucking 100 degree weather dammit.

Oh my, I should probably do something around here, but motivation is a hard thing to come by these days. I barely feel like picking up a pencil to doodle never mind draw and finish something. I just want to sit on my lazy ass and watch tv and read books and sleep and daydream about things never to be (a terrible occupation when one does nothing to try and get what one dreams). I'm hoping that the advent of summer with all the free time and sunshine and whatever vitamin you get from the sun (Vitamin D? Too lazy to check. How sad.) will help me out of this. There is something terribly depressing about constant 40 degree weather and rain. It would be nice if we all lived in tiny sunny snowglobes.

Anyway, this was basically a waste of time for me. But most of my life is, so nothing out of sorts here.

Oh man, so this is ridiculously cool to me, Google and LIFE have made this photo archive of all their pictures. They only have 2 million up, and their entire collection is about 10 million, and I think they're putting them all up.

I'm all excited about this because I looooove old photographs, they're just so interesting. It takes history off the page and makes you go, oh right, these people and events actually existed. It's just so fucking cool, if I had nothing to do I'd just sit there and go through every single picture. I mean jesus, they have stuff from the Civil War! That's just fucking awesome
